We know it’s on your mind, it’s on ours too. Like any responsible business, we’re making a point of staying current on official health recommendations and guidelines, but we’ve also taken it upon ourselves to provide additional protections and safeguards to make sure that your big day is as happy and healthy as possible. And when it comes to new solutions, best practices, and creative safeguards to help us all celebrate responsibly we’re talking daily with California’s top planners, venues, and vendors; collaborating on ways to celebrate safer. Obviously we can’t wave a magic wand and go back to the way things were, but there are steps we can take - so that’s where we’ll start.

New safeguards + Best Practices

Contract Updates

When Covid hit we walked side by side with A LOT of couples as they postponed or rescheduled their wedding dates. We carried over 100% of their deposit and applied it to the new date. No re-booking costs. No additional charges. Now we’ve officially updated our contracts to include a Force Majeure Clause to protect you and your event in unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Microphones

Two mics are better than one, especially now. We’ve updated our policy and we’re now keeping two microphones in rotation throughout every event. Why? Having two microphones means that one can be sanitized while the other is in use to maximize safety for your officient, yourselves, and those giving toasts.

Silent Disco

Social Distancing is a reality that we have to address, and Silent Disco could be a great option. With our wireless Silent Disco headphones, you can give everyone who may not be comfortable on the dance floor the ability to have a kick ass dance party wherever they want. Of course we’ll still have normal speakers on the dance floor, but with our wireless headphones anyone can tune into the full dance party vibe anywhere on the grounds.

Meetings via FaceTime/Zoom

We’re usually the first to suggest grabbing a coffee to chat about your big day, but  having a face to face meeting right now may not be the smartest option. So whats the alternative? We can hop on FaceTime or Zoom for our planning meetings, or even just do a simple phone call if that’s easier for you. It’s all about what works best.

More To Come

These are just a few of the steps we’re taking now, and we’re always happy to chat more if you have any questions or suggestions. Our primary focus is soundtracking the perfect event and keeping everyone as safe, happy, and healthy as possible.
